Along with the rapid development of caitu industry, develop excellent-performance choi coatings with high-grade products and diverse demand, become the domestic and foreign research hotspot. Including preparation has good adhesion and flexibility, and good compatibility with finish paint to improve choi primer coating performance is of vital importance. But because domestic coil paint in variety and quality is trailing foreign products, cause our producers in the production choi, have to adopt the high cost of the importing coating, thus greatly affect our choi board of industry development [1 ~ 2]. Due to the influence factors, primer compound is a complicated process. This paper using orthogonal test method is used to determine each factor to influence on the performance of the epoxy primer, thus with less steps reasonably determine the best formula, which made it has obvious hardness and resistance to the advantage of solvent, and excellent adhesion and performance. |
